    • Right now we only offer 5 templates but we are continually adding more.
  • Can I purchase a template and give it to another web designer?
    • No, these sites are owned by Homebuilder-Websites.com for the exclusive use of their customers. We are not in the business of mass producing templates so we can keep the look of each site unique rather than having our templates recognized throughout the industry.
  • Will I be able to review the web site before it goes live?
    • Yes. We will get final approval from you before the website goes live.
  • How can I provide you the content?
    • The content for insertion should be provided in separate word documents (URLs of pages can be specified for existing web sites) zipped (WinZip is best) with not more than 2 photos for graphic editing per page. You will be asked to upload these documents during the purchase process but you can also send us your content via e-mail.
  • Can I remove your name from my web site?
    • We require all web sites designed by us to carry the Web designed by Homebuilder-websites.com phrase with a link (or a small 22x11 logo or icon logo with link) on all of your pages. There is an additional cost of 15% on the total setup cost of the project for not displaying this.

      Branding Agreement Tenure: Even after the project is completed and handed over, you are bound by this agreement to display our branding notice/logo, as long as the design (modified or unmodified) is in use.

  • How do I make changes myself?
    • As part of your package, we have installed software that will allow you to click a button on any page so you can update that page yourself without knowing any HTML.
  • I want you to maintain the web site, how do I submit changes?
    • If you find that you are too busy or are not interested in updating your own web site, you can send us your content via e-mail. We will have your information updated within 72 hours.

    • Web hosting can be compared to a house, really. It is where your business will reside. It has a internet address with a number (your domain name). You are leasing a house from us or space that will "house" your web site.
  • How many e-mail addresses can I receive?
    • Depending on your package, you will get between 1 and 6 email address.
  • Can I have more e-mail addresses?
    • Yes, for an additional $2/email address.
  • How do I change my email address and password?
    • You can log into your control panel using the login and password we will provide you. Click e-mail on the top navigation and you can add/delete/change e-mail addresses.
  • How do I setup my email in Outlook, Express, or Eudora?

    • We will refund half of your setup fee if you decide to cancel within 15 days.

  • How often will I be billed?
    • You will be billed monthly on the first day of the month or you can decide to billed annually for a reduced fee.
